You will receive your tracking number to your e-mail adress. Sometimes parcels may be held for up to 15 days in customs, Sometimes the delay may be out of our control. Please be patient when awaiting your delivery and do get it touch if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the selling price, which are buyer's responsibility. Please check with you country's custom authorities what these additional cost will be prior to buying.

Can i customize every product? Not every product but you can customize most details of miniature instruments. They are custom made for each order. How long does it take to finish and dispatch? Usually it takes 4 to 7 days for a mostly standard custom made miniature drum setup. Non custom setups usually dispatched right after receiving the payment. Do you accept returns? I gladly accept returns if they are not custom made products. For the custom products such as miniature drums, i don't accept returns as they are made for each customer and i won't be able sell them afterwards in case of customers change their mind after ordering. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If it's lost in transit without a tracking number, we are not responsible for the refund.
